Fiju Job

With over 18 years of progressive leadership experience, Fiju Job is a results-oriented executive specializing in process-driven management. He has successfully overseen multimillion-dollar construction projects across Missouri, Illinois, and Oklahoma, demonstrating his ability to deliver on complex initiatives.

Fiju brings a diverse background spanning multiple industries, including pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, pet care, and real estate investments. In his current role at Hutkin Development Company, he is instrumental in managing daily operations and fostering growth for CPS. His focus on creating effective systems and processes ensures seamless project execution from inception to completion.

Renowned for his expertise in strategic planning, project management, and team leadership, Fiju has held senior positions at respected organizations such as Thermo Fisher Scientific, Anheuser-Busch InBev, Asset Management Group, and Kennelwood Pet Resorts. He earned his B.S. in Biological Sciences from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Outside of work, Fiju cherishes time with his wife and their three young boys, ages 8, 6, and 4, making family his top priority along with his loving dog, Mr. Louie!

With over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, Tom Keenan is dedicated to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Specializing in commercial projects, Tom has successfully led numerous projects from concept to completion, ensuring that his clients’ expectations are not only met but exceeded.

Tom believes in the importance of collaboration and communication, working closely with clients, architects, and subcontractors to achieve the best results with his unwavering commitment to integrating innovative solutions into every project.

When not on the job site, Tom enjoys spending time with his family and traveling which fuel both his creativity and drive for excellence.
