That’s exactly what shoppers experience at Bella & Mango—a boutique that just opened its second location in Ballwin, Missouri, thanks to a carefully executed commercial renovation by CPS (Commercial Property Services, Inc).

The Challenge: From Office-Like Layout to a Boutique-Ready Space


When Bella & Mango’s owners got the keys to their new 1,000-square-foot space, it still looked like its old self—an outdated layout that didn’t reflect the boutique's vibrant, colorful brand. The flooring felt tired, the walls lacked energy, and a small back-office room took up valuable retail square footage. To make the space truly boutique-ready, they needed a quick, clean, and style-forward commercial build-out in St. Louis.


Here’s what they needed:


  • A complete interior refresh with modern flooring and bright paint

  • Removal of the former office to open up floor space

  • Construction of new fitting rooms for customers

  • Reworking an existing small room for more effective use

  • New Paint: Walls were coated in a clean, modern white—perfect for letting Bella & Mango’s bold merchandise and décor pop. Accent walls in vibrant pink with pineapple patterns and tropical-inspired curtains turned functional spaces (like dressing rooms) into Instagram-worthy zones.


  • LVP Flooring: We installed Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring throughout the space—offering a rich wood-look finish that’s both durable and stylish. The new flooring completely refreshed the space and gave it a boutique feel.


  • Office Removal & Space Rework: We removed the outdated office to open up the showroom area of the space.  We also converted an old rear kitchen room to a new office for her.


  • Custom Dressing Rooms: Because every boutique needs stylish and functional fitting rooms, we built new dressing rooms wrapped in whimsical lemon-printed curtains—bringing privacy and playfulness together in one simple upgrade.


This wasn’t a full structural overhaul—but it didn’t need to be. By focusing on strategic upgrades and a clean, open layout, CPS helped Bella & Mango turn an old office-style space into a warm, photo-ready retail experience.
