CPS needed to manage a full commercial build-out in St. Louis that adhered to local regulations, maintained an extremely tight timeline, and minimized disruption to neighboring tenants. We installed beautiful new shiplap finishes on display cabinetry and reach-in coolers to immediately draw the eye and add a modern, farmhouse-inspired texture. These finishes are not only aesthetically pleasing but also durable—perfect for a high-traffic food retail environment.


🔹 Sleek Countertops & Functional Workspaces

New countertops were added in the microwave area and smoothie bar, using sleek, stain-resistant materials that balance durability and modern design. These upgrades improved workflow and elevated the overall ambiance.


🔹 Italian Tile Wall & Woodgrain Plank Ceiling

The smoothie bar became a focal point, featuring a gorgeous Italian tile wall and a woodgrain plank ceiling that adds warmth and dimension—perfectly aligning with the Fit-Flavors brand.


🔹 Vibrant Paint & Custom Accents

A fresh coat of vibrant paint was applied throughout, using a carefully selected color palette to energize the space while staying true to brand aesthetics. Every wall was considered to enhance the customer journey.


🔹 Designer Wallpaper & Restroom Renovation

Even the public restroom was upgraded with designer wallpaper and ceramic floor tile, transforming it into a stylish, brand-consistent space customers actually notice.
